1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of TradingForexForProfit.com, including our website, dashboard, educational content, tools, calculators, journals, strategy features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Educational Purpose Only

The Services are provided for educational, informational, and organizational purposes only. Nothing on this site is intended to be investment, financial, legal, tax, brokerage, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not use another person’s account without permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Services.
• Copy, scrape, distribute, or reverse engineer the Services except as allowed by law.
• Use the Services to publish false or misleading trading claims, testimonials, or performance statements.

5. Subscription, Billing, and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. If you purchase a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and recurring subscription amounts until you cancel. Pricing and plan features may change from time to time. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once charged.

We may offer a promotional free trial for certain paid plans. If a free trial is offered, the applicable subscription will automatically convert to a paid recurring subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. The length of the trial, the amount to be charged after the trial, the billing frequency, and how to cancel will be disclosed at or before checkout.

By starting a paid subscription or free trial, you agree to the automatic renewal terms presented during checkout and authorize recurring charges unless and until you cancel. For now, subscription management, cancellation, and plan changes may be handled through the Stripe customer portal linked from your billing settings.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including site design, branding, text, software, graphics, educational materials, and other content, are owned by or licensed to TradingForexForProfit and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business use.

7. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Services, such as journal entries, account information, strategies, and checklist items. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, display, and secure that content in order to provide the Services.

8. No Warranty

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradingForexForProfit and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, use, data, trading losses, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TradingForexForProfit and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the platform or other users, or if continued access is not commercially practical.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Services after any update means you accept the revised Terms.
